Pebeo Porcelain 150 Outliner

The Porcelaine 150 cloisonne outliners are available in 10 assorted colors packaged in 20ml metallic tubes with nozzle.
The Cloisonne outliners are a series of dimensional paints for use on china, glazed earthenware, terracotta, metal, and glass.
They are perfect for highlighting, outlining, tracing, writing and personalizing as well as adding dimension or texture to painted surfaces.
The paint is squeezed from a metal tube and applied through a long, slim nozzle. Gentle pressure is applied to release paint from the tube.
The colors are water based and non-toxic. They are also completely removable until baked in a kitchen oven at 300 F/150 C for 30 minutes.
