Academy Acrylic Paints

Derwent Academy Acrylics are made from rich pigments and a formulation which retains tinting strength, colour vibrancy and consistency whether used alone or mixed with other painting mediums. Use straight from the tube or dilute with water or painting medium to achieve lighter wash effects. Once dry, the surface becomes water-resistant and the colours are completely intermixable and can be applied to a range of surfaces including canvas, paper, wood, leather and fabrics. Place selected acrylic colours onto your palette or apply directly to the surface. All equipment should be cleaned before your paint dries. Remember to always put the cap on your acrylic tubes when they are not in use.
